This is why we offer all of our clients a free consultation to meet informally, discuss your reason for seeking help, answer any questions you have regarding hypnotherapy and decide on a bespoke treatment plan for you.
Many benefits will be apparent after a single session of hypnotherapy. However a more cumulative and lasting transformation is achievable from a series of three or four sessions. In my experience the majority of issues can be dealt with in a maximum of four sessions.
